Pronoun is used in replacing a noun or nouns. For example he, she, it, me, him, they. Pronoun is divided into six different categories:

pronouns digunakan sebagai pengganti kata benda. contohnya : he, she, it , him, they. pronouns dibedakan kedalam 6 kategori yang berbeda.

1.       Subject pronoun

Subject pronoun acts as the subject of the sentence, e.g. I, she, he, they

subject pronouns sebagai subject kalimat  seperti : I, she , he , they

Example :

contohnya:

They go to school

We buy mangoes

2.       Object pronoun

Object pronoun acts as object of a sentence. Eg him, her, it, me

object pronouns sebagai object kalimat , seperti : him, it, me 

Example :

contohnya 

Nanda wants him to go

Mary loves her cat very much

3.       Possesive adjective

Possesive adjective is an adjective that is used to show ownership. It is followed by a noun, eg my, your, our, their, his , her

possesive adjective adalah kata sifat yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan kepemilikan. yang di ikuti oleh kata benda , seperti : my, your, our, his, her

Example :

Her hair is straight.

4.       Possesive Pronoun

Possesive pronoun tells you who owns something. E.g. mine, yours, theirs.

possesive pronoun menjelaskan siapa pemilik sesuatu, seperti mine, yours, theirs

Example :

That car is not mine

That red book is yours

5.       Reflexive Pronoun

Reflexive pronoun refers to object pronouns that used when the subject and the object are the same noun.e.g. self, selves

reflexive pronoun mengacu pada kata ganti object yang digunakan ketika subject dan object nya kata benda yang sama seperti : self, selves.

6.       Demonstrative Pronoun

Demonstrative pronoun focuses on the nouns which are replacing. E.g. this, those, these, that, such.

Those questions are difficult to me.

7.       Indefinite Prounoun

Idenfinite pronoun refers to things or people in general. E.g. few, everyone, all, some, anything, nobody.

Example :

Everyone is reading a book.

Understand the probelm

Whenever  you use a personal pronoun like she, he, it, or they, you first have to have an antecendent, the word that the pronoun is replaced.
